Orders and Shipping

We are located in Brooklyn and ship daily, if the order was placed before noon. Unless an expedited shipping method was chosen at checkout, it takes roughly 1-2 business days within the tristate area, 2-3 to most of the northeast coast and parts of the midwest, and 4-6 days to the West Coast.

Once your order is placed, we ship fairly quickly, so kindly follow up by phone – 2015007837 – and email (reply to the order confirmation email) to ensure a timely resolution.

Paypal will send tracking notifications once we ship.

We do not store credit card information.

As a business incorporated in NYS, we are obligated to collect sales tax on every order shipped within NY (which ranges from 8-8.875%, depending on the county). If your shipping address is outside of NYS, you will not be charged sales tax.

We currently ship to Canada, Europe, and Israel. Contact us for a custom shipping quote if your country isn’t listed.
